  • Handle incoming calls from members and providers regarding claims status, benefits, and eligibility, PPO participation, and other related topics
  • Maintain department-established performance metrics at a meets or exceeds expectations level
  • Work collaboratively as a team and apply the Aetna Core Values in day-to-day operations
  • Create a differentiated service experience by demonstrating service discipline, handling service challenges, and providing solutions to constituent needs
  • Work across boundaries to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Call center experience and medical terminology/insurance knowledge
  • Experience working in a production environment
  • Computer savvy with excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
