About the Role: Therapeutic Sales Specialist - Great Lakes
We are seeking an exceptional Therapeutic Sales Specialist to join our team in the Great Lakes region. As a patient champion with a passion for delivering transformative medicines, you will play a critical role in executing product launches with sustained excellence. Your exceptional business and clinical acumen, combined with a customer-centric approach, will enable you to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and execute an integrated territory business plan to meet and exceed sales goals in the assigned territory
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise concerning scientific and clinical information for Acoramidis and other relevant products
- Engage customers in clinically relevant discussions, utilizing approved materials and a customer-centric approach
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for business growth and areas of concern in the territory
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including Medical Science Liaisons, Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, and HUB, to develop strategies that ensure high customer satisfaction
- Navigate the hospital formulary process and develop strategies to ensure successful product positioning and availability
- Maintain an exceptional level of proficiency in selling skills, clinical, market, and product knowledge, and the business environment of the territory
- Act as an ambassador for the company, presenting a professional image and representing the company, products, and people with integrity and respect
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with 5+ years in Rare Disease, Cardiology, Specialty, or ATTR
- BS/BA degree required, MBA preferred
- Product/indication launch experience, with a track record of successfully launching new products and/or new indications into highly competitive markets
- Strong leadership, planning, and organization, analytics, business acumen, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute on plans, with a history of holding oneself to a high level of accountability
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority, internally and externally
- Adherence to BridgeBio's high ethical standards, with a commitment to putting patients first
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience working in a remote or decentralized model, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including trends, regulations, and market dynamics
- Experience with CRM systems and sales data analysis tools
- Ability to travel significantly, with a valid driver's license and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
