Key Responsibilities

  • Provide empathetic and personalized support to customers via chat, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Evaluate and prioritize customer requests, identifying high-risk situations and escalating them to management as needed.
  • Manage multiple chats simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in your responses.
  • Document all required information and chat details in our ticketing system, ensuring seamless issue resolution.
  • Identify trends and patterns related to systems, platforms, and customers, and escalate them to management for further action.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, multitasking with ease and composure.
  • Maintain punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times, remaining positive and professional in all customer interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • A genuine passion for music, particularly in the Pop and Country genres.
  • 3-5 years of experience in call center chat support, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Technical experience, with proficiency in Zendesk being a significant advantage.
  • A typing speed of 30 wpm with 90% accuracy or above, consistently.
  • Excellent messaging communication skills, with active listening abilities and a knack for using the right lingo.
  • The ability to work independently, utilizing resources to resolve customer issues and improve support metrics.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working from home, with a self-motivated and disciplined approach.
  • A strong understanding of contact center support metrics and a willingness to implement actions for improvement.

Hardware and Software Requirements

To ensure seamless performance, you'll need to meet our technical requirements:

  • A reliable computer with a multi-core processor (more than 4 cores).
  • 8GB of RAM on Windows 10 or higher / 10 64 bits.
  • A screen resolution of 1280x768 or higher, with dual monitors required.
  • A USB headset for clear communication.
  • No Chromebooks, iPads, MacBooks, netbooks, or tablets allowed - a laptop or desktop is a must.
  • Up-to-date antivirus software installed and a recent scan completed.
  • A hardwired connection to your router, with a firewall enabled.
