About the Role: Virtual Customer Support Associate
As a Virtual Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Your primary goal will be to prevent issues, solve problems, and delight our customers through phone, chat, and email support. You'll be using a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers, ensuring that they have an exceptional experience with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
- Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.
- Prevent issues, solve problems, and delight customers by providing exceptional support and service.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely solutions to their queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- A minimum age of 18 years old.
- The right to work in India.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral fluency.
- The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours.
- A willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts, including early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required.
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair.
- A minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI).
