About Workwarp and the Role

As a Solution Expert, you will be the technical trusted advisor for our customers, responsible for building and leading the onboarding process through implementation, configuration, and integrations.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and developing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives. You will be the go-to person for any technical solutions, leading technical sessions, and collaborating with our Customer Success, Support, and Product teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Development and Implementation: Design, build, and implement solutions that meet customer requirements, leveraging our CPQ and business applications
  • Technical Leadership: Lead technical sessions with customers, providing guidance on solution configuration, integration, and best practices
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including Customer Success, Support, and Product, to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and services
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to customers

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Customer-Facing Experience: 4+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in SaaS companies
  • Software Implementation Experience: 4+ years of proven experience with implementing software/SaaS platforms
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and a data-oriented personality
  • CRM Systems Knowledge: Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of CRM systems, including Salesforce, Hubspot, and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
  • Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Problem-Solving Attitude: Great ambitious and problem-solving attitude
  • Relevant Education: Graduated in relevant fields, such as Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Information Systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPQ Experience: Experience with CPQ systems and business applications
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in technical skills, such as programming languages, data analysis, and software implementation
