Job Summary
As an Account Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that enhance our product selection, pricing, and customer experience. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve vendor issues, develop GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis and Insights: Develop a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and global trends/activities, and monitor competitor efforts to stay ahead of the curve.
- Seller Acquisition and Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
- Seller Guidance and Support: Guide dealers through sharing best practices of online selling, including data-driven insights that help dealers achieve high standards of delivery, customer experience, and business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor issues, and influence key decision-makers to drive business growth.
- Business Growth and Development: Develop and execute GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players, maximize our product selection and client base, and drive business growth.
Primary Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Business Experience: 1-3 years of successful business sales experience, preferably in ecommerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries.
- Sales Achievements: Demonstrated achievement in exceeding income objectives using consultative and solutions-focused processes.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Advanced conversation and presentation abilities, with a strong working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs.
- Analytical and Quantitative Skills: Advanced analytical abilities and quantitative skills, with the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
- Commercial Enterprise Judgment: Remarkable commercial enterprise judgment with strong written and oral communication talents.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ecommerce Experience: 2+ years of ecommerce experience is a plus.
- Consumer Electronics Experience: 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics sector is a plus.
- Direct Sales Experience: 3+ years of direct sales experience is a plus.
