Job Summary
As a Chat Specialist at Blithequark, you'll play a critical role in engaging with customers online, providing accurate information about our products and services, and generating leads for our dealer clients. Key Responsibilities
- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns.
 - Provide detailed information about our products and services, including automotive and recreational vehicle sales, service, finance, and general dealership questions.
 - Narrow down appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review.
 - Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our dealer clients receive valuable insights and feedback.
 - Develop and maintain a knowledge base of evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments.
 
Essential Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary; we're open to candidates with a strong passion for customer service and a willingness to learn.
 - Basic internet and window-based computer skills are required, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
 - A positive and professional demeanor is critical, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with our dealer clients.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Gaming experience is helpful, as it demonstrates a strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
 - Typing speed of 40 words per minute or higher is preferred, with accuracy and attention to detail being essential.
 - Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools is a plus, but not required.
 
Requirements for Remote Work
- You must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse.
 - You must live within the state of Texas, as this is a remote position that requires a quiet and dedicated workspace free from distractions.
 - You must be able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT.
 - You must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred.
