We are committed to delivering high-quality care, fostering a culture of excellence, and promoting a positive work environment. **Job Summary** The Full Stack Data Entry Specialist will be responsible for executing medical services methodologies, driving patient well-being results, and ensuring consistency of clinical pharmacy services. This role will involve working with various stakeholders, including patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams, to deliver exceptional patient care and drive business results. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects * Drive the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met * Ensure consistency and consistent quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; observing and examining results; and executing changes * Guarantee regional pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines * Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business systems to the organization's financial objectives * Execute and implement patient intervention pharmacy projects to boost financial performance * Uphold efforts to improve the patient experience by expanding the focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient consultations, medication administration, drug treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or wellness services, vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs) * Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field initiatives * Uphold staff training experiences and advancement opportunities * Advance cooperation and spur pharmacy staff by cultivating a shared vision and supporting organizational strategies, systems, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity **Essential Qualifications** * Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority * Experience inspiring colleagues to research and resolve issues * Experience working with confidential information * Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends * Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and tracking details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates * Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and determining when escalating issues * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction * Ability to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state) **Preferred Qualifications** * Readiness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary * Knowledge of insurance plans * Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Rite Aid, CVS, and Plus * Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, choosing font and size, designing cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, choosing cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a section, choosing a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, choosing page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets) * Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding outline level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show) * Essential level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, choosing font type and size, changing margins and section width, formatting, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review sheet or printing capabilities) **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive training and support * Flexible work arrangements and work-life balance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and driving business results, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
