Job Description:
As a Remote Call Center Agent, you will:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist customers with account questions, scheduling, billing, or service needs.
• Document call details accurately and follow company/client guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality and deliver excellent customer experiences.
This is a remote work from home opportunity with flexible hours, paid training, and the chance to support clients in banking, healthcare, travel, and retail.
Qualifications:
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, USB headset, and quiet workspace required.
• Previous customer service or call center experience a plus but not required.
