About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Create an inviting experience for our guests by proactively offering assistance and tailoring your approach to their needs.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Utilize our available tools, resources, and in-store services to address guest concerns and enhance their overall shopping experience.

  • Collaborate with your HR leader to anticipate and address specific staffing needs, ensuring the right blend of skills and expertise to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Support conscious hiring efforts to help leaders identify and recruit talent with the skills and experience necessary to serve our guests effectively.
  • Serve as a resource for scheduling plans and pay practices, and act as a liaison between team members and leaders to address various situations.
  • Complete all HR-related tasks and recurring programs, demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, well-being, and compliance.
  • Work safely and securely, identifying and mitigating risks, and adhering to all safety protocols and best practices.

Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The capacity to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Basic knowledge of sales register operations and inventory management.
  • The ability to lift or move items up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds occasionally.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, having experience in customer service, retail, or a related field can be beneficial. Additionally, familiarity with HR practices, scheduling software, and workforce management tools can be advantageous.
