Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Less than 2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role
  • Flexibility to work any shift during business hours in the Central Standard Time Zone, including Monday - Friday 6am - 8pm and Saturday 8am - 6pm (hours subject to change to meet business needs)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to change and facilitate effective communication between customers and technical teams
  • Attention to detail and the ability to accurately document issues and resolutions in our CRM ticketing system

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded:

  • College degree, preferably an Associate's Degree or Technical Certification, or commensurate work experience
  • Experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and documenting issues related to system performance and functionality
  • Experience supporting online products and services, with a strong understanding of web developer tools and mobile devices (e.g., Chrome, IE, Firefox, iOS, and Android)
  • Previous experience working in a call center or technical support environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and technical support
