About the Role: Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor

We're on the hunt for a highly motivated Norwegian Speaking Customer Advisor to provide top-notch support via email and chat. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working 2 days in our Malta office and 3 days remotely each week.

Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Customer Support

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat, addressing their concerns and queries.
  • Assist customers with placing orders, product-related questions, and troubleshooting issues, ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about products, services, and company policies, showcasing your knowledge and expertise.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently and courteously, turning potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes.

Essential Qualifications: What We're Looking For
