About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Remote Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service team, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience, and driving business results. This is a full-time remote position that offers a competitive salary of $26-$35 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer the health and safety compliance across the site, setting the tone and leading by example
  • Manage and lead Administration Specialists, Administration Guides, and Parts Consultants to achieve KPIs, including customer satisfaction, productivity, Fix Right First Time, efficiency, and cost savings
  • Monitor performance consistently and be accountable for quality within your team, reporting progress to management daily, along with specific incidents
  • Inspire, lead, and motivate the team in continuous improvements and efficiencies
  • Lead regular one-to-ones and feedback sessions with colleagues, providing constructive and clear coaching and following up on development plans and any personnel cases
  • Identify any training needs within the team and coordinate relevant training sessions as required
  • Identify any roadblocks hindering the workflow and ensure that every individual has the tools and training to perform their job effectively
  • Ensure that work instructions and available methods are up-to-date and accurate, and that all work is compliant
  • Hold daily meetings with the team, outlining expectations and accountability for the day ahead
  • Manage complex escalations along with your team, confidently resolving and de-escalating difficult conversations across all communication channels
  • Act as the primary point of contact within the Front of House and warehouse, interacting with customers directly when required to limit escalation cases
  • Embrace new digital tools with ease and adapt quickly to new processes and changes

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the automotive or energy industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences
  • A strong understanding of key performance indicators and how to drive business results
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • A passion for sustainable energy and a commitment to our mission

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience in the electric vehicle industry or a related field
  • A strong understanding of digital tools and technologies, including MS Office
  • Experience in managing remote teams or working in a remote environment
  • A certification in a relevant field, such as business administration or energy management
