About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and service providers, providing top-notch support and ensuring a seamless experience. You'll be working as part of a fully remote team, utilizing technology that allows for team communication, training, and meetings. If you're a detail-oriented, self-managing, and customer-focused individual with excellent computer skills, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and service providers in our call center, providing timely and effective support.
  • Respond to customer emails, texts, and web chat inquiries, ensuring that all concerns are addressed in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Assist customers with bookings, including booking a service, canceling, and rescheduling, as well as help service providers with questions or issues regarding work orders and policy questions.
  • Troubleshoot software issues for customers and service providers, utilizing your technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Work collaboratively with the remote team to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze customer emails and provide thoughtful responses that address all aspects of their concerns.
  • The ability to handle incoming phone calls from customers without getting nervous, providing a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to track multiple issues simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Technical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot software malfunctions and work efficiently with various applications.
  • A computer and quiet place to work, with a good internet connection.

Preferred Qualifications
