Key Responsibilities

• Work with large, complex, and dynamic datasets to conduct ad-hoc analyses and inform critical business decisions quickly
• Design and implement ETLs (Extract, Transform, Load) or processes that pull data from multiple sources and bring it together in one table
• Develop data visualizations to monitor and measure the impact of changes and special business challenges
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on a regular basis and establish credibility with stakeholders
• Analyze stakeholder needs and work with them to share relevant data and insights
• Influence scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate tasks for reporting, such as screen captures, metrics prioritization, and anomaly detection
• Document processes and share knowledge with colleagues, and mentor peers as you become a Subject Matter Expert

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics)
• Excellent SQL skills, with the ability to manipulate data from multiple tables while maintaining data integrity
• Creativity and a customer experience focus to develop meaningful dashboards and visualizations
• Business operations familiarity, with the ability to understand and root cause business issues
• Supply chain background, preferably with transportation experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
