We are passionate about innovation, collaboration, and excellence, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our team. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Patient Care and Pharmacy Operations, you will play a critical role in driving pharmacy operations excellence and delivering exceptional patient care. You will be responsible for executing medical services methodologies, driving patient well-being results, and ensuring consistency of clinical pharmacy services. You will also be responsible for executing against distinguished partner established pharmacy programs, driving pharmacy financial performance, and cultivating strong relationships with clinical networks in designated regions. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects * Drive the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met * Drive consistency and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-planning processes; observing and examining results; and executing changes * Ensure regional pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating systems, and FDA guidelines * Drive local pharmacy financial performance by adjusting business systems to the organization's financial objectives * Uphold efforts to improve the patient experience by expanding the focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient consultations, medication administration, drug treatment reviews, and retail, clinical, or wellness services, vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs) * Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field initiatives * Conduct data and clinical audits and make vital decisions to ensure the accuracy and propriety of medications * Review patient records and profiles to ensure appropriate and safe medication treatment * Provide individualized patient/ supplier discussions * Through the use of exceptional interpersonal skills, win the trust of patients by listening to their concerns and providing a sounding board for pharmacy concerns * Provide feedback concerning the effectiveness of the Client Maintenance Program, including comments from patients as the value of individual consultations * Be accountable for all inquiries, discussions, and responses which relate directly to patient treatment * Provide clinical advice and information to patients, physicians, and insurance plans as necessary * Perform other work consistent with the job duties in this record as assigned by management * Observe rules and procedures for all job duties to meet objectives * Comply with organization policies and procedures, including all HIPAA rules/guidelines * Ensure compliance with government, state, and local pharmacy regulations **Essential Capabilities** * Current pharmacist license as granted by the relevant state licensing authority * Experience motivating colleagues to research and resolve issues * Experience working with confidential information * Ability to work non-standard hours, which may include nights, holidays, and weekends * Experience utilizing time management skills, such as prioritizing/scheduling and tracking details and meeting time constraints of various tasks with fluctuating completion dates * Experience creating ways to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, relying on oneself to complete goals and determining when escalating issues * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction * Ability to travel up to 10% of the ideal time for business purposes (within state and out of state) **Preferred Capabilities** * Willingness to acquire other state pharmacy licenses if necessary * Knowledge of insurance plans * Knowledge of PC operating systems, including Rite Aid, Commitment, and Plus * Essential level expertise in Microsoft Excel (e.g., opening a workbook, inserting a row, choosing font and size, designing cells as currency, using copy, paste, and save capabilities, adjusting text, choosing cells, renaming a worksheet, inserting a chart, choosing a chart style, inserting a worksheet, setting margins, choosing page orientation, using spell check or printing worksheets) * Essential level expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., inserting, modifying, saving, and deleting slides, navigating between slides, expanding outline level, adding, focusing, and altering text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving items, printing slide view or running a slide show) * Essential level expertise in Microsoft Word (e.g., opening a document, cutting, pasting, and adjusting text, choosing font type and size, changing margins and section width, formatting, inserting images, pictures, and dates, using find and replace, fix, spell check, track changes, review pane, or printing capabilities) **What We Offer** * Competitive salary of $27/hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional certification and licensure * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and driving pharmacy operations excellence, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
