About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, providing support and resolving issues related to their pharmacy benefit plans. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls from members, addressing inquiries and concerns related to prescription coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order solutions.
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to member issues, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  • Utilize your knowledge of pharmacy benefit plans to educate members on their coverage options and help them navigate the healthcare system.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Adhere to scheduling principles and maintain a high level of productivity while working in a remote environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge of healthcare products and services.

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working in a customer-facing environment, such as a call center, retail, or healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications and ability to quickly adapt to new technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with members, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing demands.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Healthcare experience, including knowledge of pharmacy benefit plans and medical terminology.
  • Previous experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision.
