About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, providing support and resolving issues related to their pharmacy benefit plans. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from members, addressing inquiries and concerns related to prescription coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order solutions.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to member issues, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
- Utilize your knowledge of pharmacy benefit plans to educate members on their coverage options and help them navigate the healthcare system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Adhere to scheduling principles and maintain a high level of productivity while working in a remote environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge of healthcare products and services.
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working in a customer-facing environment, such as a call center, retail, or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications and ability to quickly adapt to new technology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with members, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing competing demands.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

- Healthcare experience, including knowledge of pharmacy benefit plans and medical terminology.
