- Proactively engaging with your manager and team members through one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and team chats to ensure success in our virtual work environment.
- Delivering top-notch customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, always striving to exceed customer expectations.
- Identifying and resolving problems promptly, with the empowerment to make decisions that create a positive customer experience.
- Maintaining high performance metrics, including revenue per call, quality, availability, and dependability, to ensure our service standards remain high.

What You'll Need to Succeed

- A reliable internet connection with speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload or better, ensuring seamless communication.
