Key Responsibilities
- Process all invoices in INFOR, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Verify GL Coding, create and route Purchase Orders as needed, and maintain meticulous records
- Receive, stamp, and distribute incoming invoices for approval, ensuring seamless workflow
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems for invoices processed, adhering to organizational standards
- Assist the Admin Office Manager with various duties, providing administrative support and flexibility
Essential Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in data entry, with a strong track record of accuracy and productivity
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to leverage these tools for efficient data management
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with various office equipment and software applications
Preferred Qualifications
