Key Responsibilities

  • Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy to resolve customer inquiries efficiently

Essential Qualifications

  • High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite internet)
  • A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone
  • 18+ years old and a high school diploma or GED
  • A quiet and secured workspace that is free from distractions
  • Residence in Texas (if you live in other states, please check our state-specific requisitions)
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • A professional and positive attitude, with courteous telephone etiquette
  • Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting
  • Ability to thrive in a highly structured environment with a flexible schedule (evenings and weekends required)

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role
