Key Responsibilities
- Interact with a wide variety of customers, receiving inbound calls and using an outbound dialer system to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.

- Perform collection activities in accordance with state and local collections laws to collect past due customer accounts, ensuring compliance with fair debt collection practices and related laws.

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one year of experience in collections and/or customer service activities, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret and organize information, identify exceptions, and resolve issues.
