The Role: Client Support Representative - Entry Level

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Professionalism: Adhere to our clients' compliance standards and maintain professionalism throughout the sales process.
  • Contract Management: Draft, organize, and maintain sales contracts on behalf of our clients.
  • Training and Development: Attend in-person and virtual meetings with fellow Client Support Representatives to develop customer service, sales, and leadership skills.

Requirements and Qualifications

We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a strong desire to learn and grow. While no experience is required, we prefer candidates with:

  • 0-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or any client-facing role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers and clients.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Eager to improve current skills and develop professionally.
  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly to develop professionally.
  • Ability to confidently present information to clients, customers, and teammates.
