Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent at Blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to work with customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email, providing top-notch support and creating raving fans for our brand. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, live chat, and email support, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Respond to customer queries, providing accurate and detailed information about our products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary.
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Work independently to solve unique problems, think creatively, and come up with innovative solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
