About Blithequark and the Customer Service Representative Role

Schedule and Compensation Details
We offer a flexible hybrid work arrangement that provides the best of both worlds. Our schedule includes:
- Office Rotation: Tuesday/Thursday & every other Friday
- Work from Home Rotation: Monday/Wednesday & every other Friday
Our competitive pay rate is $26 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, your typical day will involve:
- Processing product complaints through queues and other communication channels
- Maintaining a positive experience while investigating complaints in a timely and courteous manner
- Accurately updating databases with pertinent details and product information
- Escalating issues based on severity to appropriate levels as needed
- Ensuring confidentiality of caller and proprietary information by following procedures set forth for handling complaints
Qualifications and Requirements
This role is a great fit for individuals who:
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have at least 6 months of customer service experience
- Possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Are able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Are able to work a hybrid work schedule comprised of weekly office and remote requirements
