About the Role

As an Entry Level Sales Assistant at Workwarp, you'll play a vital role in shaping our business development strategy and delivering top-notch client service. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure seamless onboarding and adoption of our platform. Core Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Own the relationship with a portfolio of customers, ensuring their satisfaction, on-boarding, adoption, and renewal.
• Support and Education: Support clients with implementation and platform issues, and educate them on the benefits and features of our platform.
• Strategic Client Engagement: Maintain a daily/weekly cadence for meeting with strategic clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Workflow Analysis: Understand and break down customer workflows, mapping them back to our product to identify opportunities for growth.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to resolve at-risk customer escalations and ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Customer Feedback: Gather, prioritize, and communicate customer feedback and feature requests to our product and engineering teams.
• Account Health Management: Monitor and manage the account health of your book of business to ensure customers stay engaged and satisfied.

About You
