We're excited to announce an immediate opening for an Entry Level Shift Supervisor to join our team at Costco. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you'll play a vital role in promoting sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences through product sampling and demonstrations.

About the Role

As an Entry Level Shift Supervisor at Costco, you'll be responsible for preparing and introducing Costco members to food and beverage products through sampling, as well as providing support to management as needed. This is an exciting opportunity to interact with shoppers, introduce them to new products, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and introduce Costco members to food and beverage products through sampling and demonstrations
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• Support management with various tasks and responsibilities as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and sampling stations
• Lift up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• Participate in training and team meetings to stay up-to-date on products, promotions, and sales strategies

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as an Entry Level Shift Supervisor, you'll need:

• To be at least 18 years old
• To be available to work 2-3 days a week, including 1 weekend day
• To be comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
• To be able to lift up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
• To be comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
• To have reliable transportation to and from work location

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are a plus:

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
• Knowledge of food and beverage products and sampling techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
