  • Six months of sales experience, with the ability to skillfully identify and promote products customized to each customer's requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of customer issues, expectations, and how to thank them for doing business with us, gained through six months of experience in the retail industry
  • Communication skills in various languages, if necessary for the establishment
  • A certification in a trade related to a particular department, such as hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, and lumber/building materials, which can enhance your professional standing and lead to higher earning potential
