Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Solutions Specialist at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Learning about blithequark's history, products, and services, as well as the foodservice industry and our internal systems
  • Providing friendly, efficient, and accurate solutions for customers through phone, live chat, and email
  • Ensuring that customers have the most complete and up-to-date information about the status of their orders
  • Partnering with other departments to support both the customer and the company
  • Using best practices to analyze customer situations, investigate problems, and provide strategic solutions

To perform this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows system/internet navigation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; conversational fluency in English required
  • Proficient typing abilities

Physical Demands
