Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Accurately entering data into the QuickClaim system using provided images, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Identifying document types from received documentation, demonstrating your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ensuring the quality of data entered meets established standards, adhering to strict guidelines and regulations.
- Managing confidential Personal Health Information (PHI) in compliance with HIPAA regulations, demonstrating your commitment to data security and confidentiality.
- Collaborating with team members professionally, providing constructive feedback for process improvements and contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
- Completing assigned office tasks efficiently and promptly, demonstrating your ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Compensation and Schedule
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Hourly pay: $12 per hour
- Full-time and part-time positions available, with a preference for full-time
- Minimum of 20 hours per week required
- Shifts available from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM CST, Monday to Friday, offering flexibility to accommodate your schedule

To succeed as a Remote Data Entry Specialist at Blithequark, you will need:
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, demonstrating your ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- The ability to multitask effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- High attention to detail with speed and accuracy, ensuring high levels of accuracy and quality in your work.
- Quick learning abilities, with the ability to follow instructions proficiently and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Strict confidentiality of client data, demonstrating your commitment to data security and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Typing proficiency: 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy; 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy, demonstrating your ability to work efficiently and accurately.
