Position Overview

We're hiring an Inbound Call Center Customer Care Associate to support our e-commerce brands. This is a remote role, with occasional in-office meetings near Carrollton, Texas. As a Customer Care Associate, you will work in a collaborative, yet autonomous environment, delivering exceptional support to our customers across various channels.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver exceptional and efficient support for customer inquiries across various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Guide customers through product selection, purchases, order status, tracking details, and returns, ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
  • Address and resolve fulfillment issues promptly and effectively.
  • Accurately document cases and utilize internal tools to ensure seamless communication, effective follow-up, and keeping customer information up to date.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives who possess excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, and a passion for helping others. To succeed in this role, you should:

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in an inbound call center role, ideally within e-commerce.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to efficiently multitask with accuracy.
  • Be self-motivated and able to work independently, managing time effectively while handling multiple customer inquiries.
  • Be motivated by performance metrics, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in response time, customer sentiment, and resolution rates.
  • Have quick and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Have a positive, solution-focused approach with a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Have a minimum high school diploma and the ability to type at least 40 wpm.
