Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from our cardholders, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. You will also maintain up-to-date computerized customer information, authorize sales, and build relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from cardholders, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain up-to-date computerized customer information, including accurate and detailed records
  • Authorize sales and process transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Build relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues, promoting a positive and customer-centric culture
  • Utilize computer software and technology to manage information, type while talking, and perform other tasks as required
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of customer service experience, or military equivalent experience
  • Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage information in multiple windows and utilize Microsoft Outlook
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment with access to high-speed internet
  • Live within a 2.5-hour commute of Rapid City, SD
  • Be 18-years-old or older
  • Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with financial services or banking products
  • Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or related fields
