Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-tier customer service by efficiently handling a high volume of calls, ensuring each client interaction is positive and productive.
  • Gather accurate information from clients and seamlessly connect them with interpreters over the phone, facilitating effective communication.
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask, manage multiple client inquiries, and maintain a composed demeanor under pressure.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
