Job Overview

    • Offer advice and guidance to customers on using blithequark's home delivery and digital healthcare tools, enhancing their understanding and utilization of these services.
  • Insurance and Billing:
    • Support customers with insurance claim questions, helping them understand their coverage, billing statements, and payment options, and verifying customer insurance details.
    • Process claims in collaboration with insurance providers and resolve any discrepancies related to billing and payment issues, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Problem Resolution:
    • Handle customer complaints professionally, offering appropriate solutions and following up to ensure complete satisfaction, and escalate complex issues to the relevant department or supervisor for further investigation and resolution.
    • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping:
