Job Summary

As a Remote Data Entry Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for processing incoming healthcare claim forms, digitalizing them, and ensuring high accuracy in data entry. You will be working remotely and will be required to work one of the assigned shifts, Monday to Friday, between 6 am CST and 10 pm CST. Key Responsibilities

  • Captures and validates complex data with high accuracy
  • Classifies and indexes images, pre-adjudicates documents, and corrects data as required
  • Verifies data from automated data extraction tools and utilizes various systems to complete assigned tasks
  • Completes assignments using multiple source documents to verify data or use additional information to complete the work
  • Works within established procedures and practices, with a close degree of supervision
  • Maintains or exceeds the expected keystrokes per hour (ksph) and words per minute (wpm) with a high level of accuracy

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must be able to clear any necessary criminal background checks or drug screenings
  • Must have a typing speed of at least 45+ wpm with high accuracy and 10-key by touch proficiency
  • Must have proficient computer skills, including MS Office and internet research

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Basic knowledge of medical claims form processing
  • Experience working through a VPN connection
