About the Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in our Latin American market expansion. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. This is a part-time remote contract position, offering a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all customer service tickets from Spanish-speaking clients via Zendesk and WhatsApp, responding to tickets within 24 hours (except on weekends)
  • Update customer accounts in various platforms, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Solve problems and brainstorm solutions with the rest of the team, utilizing your excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Work within our payment processing system to assist with refunds, subscription changes, and other related tasks
  • Maintain and update Customer Service SOPs for this brand, ensuring that our processes are efficient and effective
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve customer success, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Fluent spoken, written, and reading skills in both Spanish and English
