Key Responsibilities: Guiding Families to Senior Care Solutions

As an Inbound Phone Sales Consultant, you'll play a vital role in educating families on senior care options and connecting them with the right communities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Working with inbound, pre-screened leads to guide families through the senior care selection process, from initial consultation to touring facilities and ultimately moving into a senior living community.
  • Acting as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers, ensuring seamless communication and personalized support.
  • Meeting business targets, including daily call benchmarks, scheduling tours, and converting leads into move-ins to achieve a monthly quota.
  • Utilizing our internal CRM system to manage leads, track progress, and analyze sales performance.

Qualifications and Skills for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience in sales or a related field.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and demonstrating a competitive, results-driven mindset.
  • Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • The ability to multitask, simultaneously handling phone calls and taking notes on the computer.

  • Experience in the senior care industry or a related field, with knowledge of senior living options and care services.

  • On-target earnings of $86,500+ (uncapped), providing opportunities for unlimited earning potential.
