About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative - Overnight, you'll be the face of blithequark, providing exceptional support to our patients during overnight hours. Your role will be critical in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you're a skilled communicator with a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Process prescription refills, order status, and insurance coverage inquiries.
  • Utilize strong computer skills to navigate multiple software applications and systems.
  • Maintain accurate records and update customer information as needed.
  • Work independently in a remote environment, managing your time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
  • 6 months of high-volume customer service experience working with Windows, Microsoft, or other software applications.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months of experience handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone.
  • Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, and prescriptions.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
