Be More with iQor! iQor is building an Emergency Response Team. We are looking for Temporary Customer Service representatives who will support US residents impacted by a natural disaster. An offer of employment is contingent on iQor receiving a client award to hire employees to support customers in the event of a federal emergency, as well as pre-employment requirements being successfully met within the specified time frames. Compensation: $22.68/hour (base wage of $17.75 + $4.93 fringe payment) This is a remote position. Equipment will be provided by iQor Position Details and Responsibilities: • Temporary contract; timelines vary, but could be 30 days to 4 months or beyond • You need to have availability between the hours of 7am-2am eastern; some overnight shifts may be available • Assist callers with available services that can support their situation • Provide solutions for their need via multiple channels including voice, email, or chat • Respond with empathy, patience, and understanding Experience and Requirements • At least 6 months customer service experience • High School Diploma or GED • Computer skills and experience • Excellent communication skills • US citizenship required; this is a government assignment WAH Requirements • Candidate must reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KS, MD, MI, MO, MS, NC, NV, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV • Environment: Quiet, secure, and distraction free for the duration of working hours. • Equipment will be provided by iQor • Mobile Phone required • Internet: Wireless not permitted, must have wired connection. • No satellite or mobile internet providers supported • Internet Speeds: Minimum 25 MBPS download/ 10 MBPS upload • Connection: Direct connection from modem to PC required (Ethernet) Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: • Work from home Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
