As a Workforce Transformation Partner, you’ll introduce Flowmingo to organizations looking to modernize hiring practices. Once you join the program, you are expected to bring workforce strategy leads and HR executives into Flowmingo, helping them explore adoption. Responsibilities • Introduce Flowmingo to HR executives and workforce strategy professionals. • Promote the use of AI-powered hiring to improve efficiency and fairness. • Provide Flowmingo with insights on workforce transformation trends. • Support new users as they integrate Flowmingo into their processes. • Earn commissions for referrals, with bonuses for onboarding your own company.
