About the position Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns with distribution partners to enhance their ability to market to end users. • Work creatively with distribution partners to design and implement marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, webinars, educational content, and other innovative approaches. • Collaborate closely with partners to improve their marketing assets, providing guidance on optimizing messaging, channels, and tactics. • Collaborate with partners on best practices, tools, and strategies to reach their target customer segments. • Build strategies that leverage distribution channels to access and grow specific customer segments. • Execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for key corporate accounts, focusing on highly customized and personalized marketing programs. • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to identify key opportunities within corporate accounts and align marketing initiatives accordingly. • Develop targeted content and campaigns that resonate with decision-makers and stakeholders in corporate accounts. • Partner closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure alignment on goals and priorities. • Regularly measure and report on the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve performance. Requirements • 5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on channel or partner marketing and campaigns. • Bachelor degree in marketing, business administration, or similar; MBA preferred. • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that elevate partner and customer engagement. • Deep understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) principles and experience tailoring marketing for corporate accounts. • Strong creative skills, with an ability to develop fresh, innovative marketing ideas and campaigns. • Excellent communication and project management skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure and report on marketing performance. • Ability to travel up to 10%.
