Regional Operations Coordinator - REMOTE - Must reside in Eastern Time Zone

About the position Responsibilities • Research, planning and execution of offsite meetings. • Participate & support the planning and logistics of regional level calls; including: agenda planning, slide deck creation, and taking meeting minutes. • Travel booking and associated expensing. • Manage calendar and coordinate meetings with other leaders, both internal and external. • Coordinate & schedule leadership calls; gather data and prepare information, as needed. • Prepare, review and approve expense reports. • Support divisional data tracking for teammate contacts, birthdays, anniversaries, PDRs, etc. • Support onboarding processes for new teammates including mentoring and training. • Support offboarding for departing teammates. • Handle considerable administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to: Director calendar management; scheduling of meetings; creating/editing presentations; travel arrangements; project management; and other administrative/managerial duties, as required. • Handle special projects on an as-needed and sometimes urgent basis, ability to execute with minimal guidance. Requirements • 2-3 years of previous Office Coordinator experience strongly preferred. • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work with Microsoft Office applications are a MUST. • Minimum one-year experience as Administrative Assistant. • Minimum typing speed of 60-75 wpm. • Previous experience in a start-up environment preferred. • Previous experience with M365 preferred. • Excellent organizational skills (attention to detail & follow through are vital). • Ability to learn new systems & processes quickly. • Sound judgement; strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Strongly adept in technology to include intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS WORD, EXCEL, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Nice-to-haves • Proven excellence in an executive administrative role supporting our Integrated Kidney Care Vice President. • Articulate written and verbal communication. • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities as well as being flexible.
