About the Role
As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for accurately entering data into our systems, ensuring the highest quality standards are met, and maintaining the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA standards. Your strong work ethic, ability to multitask, and attention to detail will be invaluable assets in this position. Principal Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter data into the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images, ensuring data quality and integrity.
 - Identify document types based on provided documentation, demonstrating your analytical skills.
 - Review and verify entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality requirements, showcasing your attention to detail.
 - Maintain the confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) following HIPAA standards, highlighting your commitment to data privacy.
 - Professionally interact with other staff as needed, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
 - Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes, demonstrating your proactive approach to efficiency and effectiveness.
 - Work until all tasks are completed for the day, ensuring productivity and meeting deadlines.
 - Perform other basic office duties as assigned, showcasing your flexibility and adaptability.
 
What We Offer

- An hourly pay rate of $12 per hour.
 - Part-time and full-time openings are available, with full-time preferred. A minimum of 20 hours per week is required, offering flexibility for work-life balance.
 - Available shifts vary between 8:00am-9:00pm CST, Monday-Friday, accommodating different schedules and preferences.
