About the Role: Customer Service Representative – Call Center Agent

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a professional and timely manner
- Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs
- Identifying, escalating, and reporting priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support
- Following up on complicated customer interactions, ensuring that issues are resolved and customers are satisfied
- Recording details of customer interactions accurately and proficiently, using our state-of-the-art systems and tools
- Developing rapport with customers, building trust, and creating a positive experience that reflects our brand values
- Offering solutions, not excuses, and taking ownership of customer issues to ensure that they're resolved efficiently and effectively
Essential Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred), with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer complaints
- 1 year of call center experience (preferred), with knowledge of call center software, systems, and processes
- Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs (required)
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Residency in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a remote or call center environment, with knowledge of remote work tools and software
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, helpdesk systems, or other customer service platforms
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, laws, or standards, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a customer service context
- Certifications or training in customer service, call center operations, or a related field, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
