Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Inbound Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate information about Blithequark services.
  • Assist with Flight Reservations: Help customers with booking, modifying, and canceling flight reservations, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner, escalating complex problems to senior teams as needed.
  • Provide Information on Blithequark Services: Offer detailed information on Blithequark policies, services, and loyalty programs, ensuring customers are well-informed.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, using our CRM system to track customer preferences and history.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments: Work closely with other teams, such as operations and sales, to ensure a cohesive and personalized customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Experience: Proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
