Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative (Work from Home) at blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our valued customers. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective support.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Order Assistance: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and understanding product information.
- Account Support: Help customers with account setup, verification, and any account-related issues.
- Technical Support: Provide basic troubleshooting for devices and digital services.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and actions taken.
- Feedback and Improvement: Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to help improve processes and products.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
Education and Experience
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred, with experience in a remote or call center environment being a plus.
