Job Summary

As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for analyzing data to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions and drive process improvements. You will work closely with our Quality Control team to develop and implement data-driven solutions that enhance our operations and support our business objectives. This is a unique opportunity to join our team on a remote basis and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements.
  • Help create and communicate results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders.
  • Assist in addressing critical ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and provide analytical answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities.
  • Present insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to support the relevant points of the analysis and ease stakeholder understanding.
  • Help develop and distribute specific queries to pull and coordinate data from various sources, establishing the rhythm, and validating the need of the data requirements.
  • Identify anomalies in processes through reviews/audits and communicate findings to the team.
  • Assess the effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and errors.
  • Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision.
  • May perform other job responsibilities as directed by the Team Lead.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven ability to gather, organize, and analyze critical measures of data with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen to, understand, and convey ideas in writing, verbally, or through presentations delivered to discussions of varying audiences.
  • Ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of data visualization tools and capabilities, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase.
  • Experience with PowerPoint to build presentations for verbal communications.
  • Prior internship experience in a related field.
  • Capstone projects and analysis coursework.
  • Ability to work effectively in a strong team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively and be an independent thinker.
  • Experience managing sensitive and confidential information properly.
  • Ability to plan and support large business initiatives.
