As a key part of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support experiences to our customers based in Sweden.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and email. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers. Your primary goal will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their issues and concerns
  • Use a range of tools and systems to research and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers
  • Work variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts, weekends, and national holidays
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge

Basic Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following basic qualifications:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the right to work in The Netherlands
  • Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
  • Experience working with a computer
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend, and compensated overtime as required)
  • Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • A minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
