Key Responsibilities

- Email responses to customers, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded
- Work closely with our Help Desk team to ensure that tickets are closed out quickly and efficiently, and that customers receive the support they need in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket status, using our ticketing system to track and manage customer requests
