Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Professionally responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs
  • Identifying, escalating priority issues, and reporting to high-level management to ensure prompt resolution
  • Following up on complicated customer interactions where required to ensure that issues are fully resolved

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1 year of customer service-related experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of call center experience (preferred)
  • Basic knowledge of computers, including navigation, typing (30+ words per minute), copy/paste, and opening tabs (required)
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills (required)
  • Ability to live in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas, and Utah

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a remote call center environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
  • Certifications in customer service or related fields (e.g., CCSP, CCEP)
