About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a remote employee, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, providing support to customers and advisors via phone, email, and web. This is a 40-hour per week position with a variable reduced hour schedule that may require additional or fewer hours due to business needs. If you're a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Virtually assist customers and advisors with billing, insurance verification, product, or service questions, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Call Management: Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate and address potential customer concerns, providing proactive solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Take ownership of customer issues, resolving them from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when clinical advisement is necessary.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers navigating our online pharmacy platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with customers, understanding that each interaction is an opportunity to build trust and loyalty.
  • Data Security and Compliance: Maintain adherence to our Work From Home policy, ensuring the security and confidentiality of customer information.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (must be 18 years of age or older).
  • Experience: 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Computer Skills: 6+ months of experience working with computer and web-based tools.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask with phone and computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare Experience: Experience working in a healthcare environment.
  • Call Center Experience: Experience working in a customer service or call center.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work as a team member.
